JET-BEAM WASH ARM
The 3D jet-beam stream spray nozzle is designed for an optimal spray angle and delivers powerful washing performance similar to a waterfall shower.
SUPER(S-TYPE) WASH ARM
Dolphin’s new technology, the fixed wash arm, ensures dishes are free from detergent residue. The vane of the full-cone nozzle and the square washing zone enable water spray to eliminate blind spots.
ROOF RINSE NOZZLE
The upward rinse nozzle removes detergent residue from the hood roof, preventing re-contamination caused by detergent dripping onto dishes. As a result, the Dolphin dishwashing machine ensures dishes remain free from detergent re-contamination throughout the entire washing cycle.
ENERGY SAVING DEVICE (Option)
The E/S device recovers waste heat from drain water through heat conduction. It improves washing capacity by reducing energy consumption and heating time.
Dolphin’s E/S device can reduce total energy consumption by up to 20% and electric energy consumption by up to 40%, helping to lower operating costs.
REMOTE CONTROLLER
The remote controller remains fully functional regardless of the installation position—even in corner placements. User can easily view the operating stage and upcoming process through the Flexible Numeric Display (FND).
Each cycle can be set in seconds, and the total number of runs can be checked. The built-in test mode allows diagnostic checks of each component controlled by the system.
PCB
The modularized PCB designed by Dolphin reduces the malfunction rate and provides an optimal washing sequence. All procedures are controlled by its MICOM.
A safety lock and self-diagnosis function are programmed, and the cycle can be adjusted according to the usage environment.
BUILT-IN BOOSTER
The built-in booster tank provides effective heat saving and efficient use of space. It also helps reduce operating costs by minimizing heat loss.
The heat conduction between the booster and wash tank maximizes energy efficiency (for the 3000 and 5000 series).
BUILT-IN DISPENSER
Dolphin provides built-in dispensers for detergent and rinse aid in all models; therefore, users do not need to install additional dispensers.
The Dolphin dispenser is designed with an adjustable supply volume for chemical agents, easily changed via remote controller according to the food type. The supply quantity is automatically controlled at each stage by the MICOM.
STRONG WASH PUMP
High-powered wash pumps of 1.2 kW and 1.5 kW, designed by Dolphin, ensure clean and hygienic washing results.
Made from harmless, high-strength plastic, the Dolphin wash pump is corrosion-resistant and provides a pleasant kitchen environment with low noise.
